1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to Ishant Network broadband or CCTV services, you agree to comply with all applicable terms, policies, and usage guidelines outlined herein.

2. Service Availability

Services are subject to availability in covered areas. Coverage percentages may vary depending on infrastructure and technical feasibility.

3. Payment & Billing

• All plans must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited plans are subject to fair usage limits to ensure optimal performance for all users.

5. Equipment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining ISP-provided routers and CCTV equipment. Damaged or lost equipment may incur replacement charges.

6. Service Interruptions

Ishant Network shall not be liable for interruptions caused by natural disasters, power outages, or technical upgrades.

7. Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated in case of misuse, illegal activities, or violation of terms.
